Society's Child 2.0 features 3 new songs, and 4 re-imagined songs for voice and string quartet.  Songs by Julia, and string arrangements by the amazing members of ETHEL, as well as Amy Crafton, these new works had their premiere at the Metropolitan Museum, and are now available as a CD, or as digital downloads.  Society's Child 2.0 is an answer to Janis Ian's iconic "Society's Child".  They are a look at Society through the eyes of a 17 year old making her way in 2023.  It is only available through this website, as streaming platforms do nothing to support artists work unless you are already famous!  The beautiful artwork is by Isabelle Levin.  This recording is lovingly dedicated to the memory of Ted Baker, who played keyboards on her sophomore release, "Nothing".
