Again with the Ab Harmonic Lydian, which I take the liberty to name, as an alternative to Harmonic Major, as it employs the #4 (facilitating the II7 chord) 

The 3 is on top, over a descending step-wise scale, starting on the 3rd degree. Throw in some Holdsworth voicings (4-5-10), a whimsical bridge, a II V I cadence, the words of a lonesome cowboy, and there you go.
