Reward Music

These recordings were initially for booking my old band The Hybrids in 2000/2001 but it turned out well enough that we used to sell copies of everything we recorded in that live session at our shows.

The Hybrids was a fun project comprised of Lola Gulley on keys and vocals, John McKnight on drums and vocals, Jon Schwenke on bass and vocals, and Mike Martin on guitar and vocals.

We formed the group after finding ourselves being hired guns with several band leaders in Atlanta in the blues, jazz, r&b, jam band scene and couldn't deny the energy and chemistry that we have when we make music together.

This band was a big part of the genesis of music to come in all of our careers. A very special moment in our collective and individual life and times!
